Piasau Nice Kebab

i remember blogging about trying out the kebab's in Piasau Nice Kebab like forever ago. and at long last, finally, we dragged our lazy arses and headed to fill our tummies.

here's a map of the place, grabbed from their facebook.
but before that, you'd have to sms or call them to make a booking. (014-6875786)
check out their facebook page for more info.
they have beef and chicken kebab's --- rm4
and lamb kebab's --- rm6.

our kebab's. chicken and beef.

 beef

 chicken

looks different from the picture posted in facebook luhh :\

and frankly speaking, the kebab's were kinda disappointing. we had high hopes after browsing through the pictures and comments in facebook. the beef was too tough, in my humble opinion, and the overall taste of the kebab is just so so.

however, feel free to try out their kebab's. :)

Iglool

Iglool is something similar to Ice City, located inside Parkson (Bintang Plaza).
you can choose your order via a touchscreen machine, that's something new in Miri. quite a lot of choices of ice to choose from, prices are around rm5.

Hong Kong Duck

Hong Kong Duck Restaurant, located in the Boulevard shophouses, opposite to Yong Le and 99 Cafe.
quite easy to spot.

we had dinner there once, and the price is actually quite reasonable. you can order individually, that's what we did. ;]

fried rice costs rm1.50 and normal rice is rm1.

Pete's Deli

another short update on Pete's Deli.
located opposite SMK Chung Hua.
serves western food. the price is slightly expensive. :/
but i guess it's worth it to indulge yourself with good food once in a while.

lasagne (rm8+)

beef burger (rm3.50)

pie with mashed potato and coleslaw. (rm8++)
seriously can't recall the price. but i think it's around that.

x
check out previous posts on Pete's Deli here.

Ah Tao

Ah Tao, formerly known as Pong's Cafe.
located just beside the Boulevard roundabout. :)
serves western and chinese dishes with a reasonable price. don't believe me? order their RM5 fried rice and see how huge the serving is. :D

also, there is a stall selling Taiwan foods. not a bad place to have dinner with friends.

Signature Tofu

Fries

Clam

Fried Rice

Fried Mee

(forgot the name to this hehe)
